Brown is a sophisticated colour, and with the right lighting it can give a space a completely new look, creating a very intimate aura.

Chocolate brown has an infinite variety of earthy tones, which match almost any colour. It also offers a very interesting and safe alternative to the universal black. Dark tones do however require very good lighting to achieve a cosy effect.

Our favourite options:

Chocolate brown with yellow in Le Rêve Terracota 8000046 (by artist Jordi Labanda) and Ref. Rue Babylone Woodland 800053 (by artist Juan Gatti) murals, both from the 40th Anniversary collection.

Chocolate brown with mint green from the Palms Chocolate 9900017 mural from the Brazil capsule collection.

Chocolate brown with grey from the La Muralla Terra 9000014 mural from the Random Arquist collection.

Textured chocolate brown purity from the Brocade Broken Wall 6500312 mural from the Random Papers collection.

From our paints you can opt for the Cacao, Dátil and Pimienta, sumptuously powerful colours which can be combined in the same room with the ochre shades of Curry and Albero, green tones of Pera and Melon, pinks Merengue and Peonía or blues Principe and Cristalino.

Don’t be afraid to go for dark colours; they are timeless options which will stand the test of time!
