Architecture is a constant source of inspiration for the Coordonné team.
It fills us with deep admiration when we observe the work of those architects who, with their knowledge and mastery, create a visual impact which stirs the emotions.
We can’t forget that architecture is an art form. Even though it’s something used to cover our most basic needs, it creates the environment surrounding us, and it defines our society and our most intimate aspirations.
So many times we have extracted those soft curves and shapes, those which define Mediterranean architecture, to create wall coverings which evoke this voluminous art form.
Our murals aspire to become architecture once they form part of our walls and they seek to tell us stories and transform the spaces in scale and proportion.
Shortly we will be presenting the designs from our new collection which pays homage to the creative work of the following architects; architects who continue to inspire us day by day:
Frank Lloyd Wright, Ricardo Bofill, Xavier Corberó, José Antonio Coderch, Winy Maas, Lina Bo Bardi, Stefano Boeri, José Luis Sert, Oscar Niemeyer, Norman Foster, Campos Costa, Frank Gehry, Shigeru Ban, Piet Blom and Le Corbusier.
